Common questions

Is the money real?

No. Every dollar in Street Dice is play money. You can't buy it, cash it out or trade it for anything real, and nothing in the game is a prize.

What does the heat on a hustler mean?

Hustlers play with an edge, shown as flames. When a throw would settle the round in your favor, there's a chance it "bounces funny" and gets thrown again. Brooklyn plays fair and the bosses run hot. The wager screen always shows your real odds of taking the series.

Why did I lose a series when the app closed?

Leaving in the middle of a series counts as walking away, so the money on the table is lost and that hustler goes on cooldown. That includes closing the app, or iOS closing it in the background. Finish the series before you switch away for long.

I'm not getting notifications.

Open Street Dice, go to Settings > Notification Settings and turn on Allow Notifications. Focus modes can also silence them.

I bought Remove Ads on another device, or reinstalled the app.

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account. Remove Ads turns off the ads between games. Ads that pay a reward only play when you choose to watch one, so they stay available.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

For tracking, open the iOS Settings app and go to Privacy & Security > Tracking. In regions where Google asks for consent, Street Dice also shows Settings > Privacy Choices. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Your game is included when you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, so restoring that backup to a new phone brings it along. We never receive your progress, so we can't restore it for you.
